Food-waste reduction consultations →Our story
Hua Lok Group brings together an established Singapore spice business and a new direction in waste minimisation. Each business area has its own offer, customer needs and path to growth.
We began with a single icon: the peppery, garlicky broth of Outram Ya Hua Bak Kut Teh. Today we blend, pack and distribute premium spice kits with a 2.5-year shelf life, and lend our branding expertise to F&B partners who want their own story told just as well. Read the full story →

Flagship product
The exact peppery blend simmered at Ya Hua's stalls since 1973 — white pepper, garlic and herbs, portioned for the home pot. Stocked at Jewel Changi Airport and exported across Asia.
